Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- Ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
- Handle day-to day inventory operation, reporting, filing, etc
- Performs administrative and division support activities.
- To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent courses.
- Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
