Job Responsibility
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documents
- Support the Contract team in project cost estimation, tendering, and progress claims
- Help with documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
- Assist in liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants when required
- Provide support in monitoring project progress and preparing reports
- Diploma/Degree student in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eager to learn and gain practical industry experience
- Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)
- Hands-on experience in construction contract management
- Guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals
- Internship allowance provided
- Opportunity to learn about real construction projects and industry practices
