Job Responsibility

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team at Skyzen. The intern will support day-to-day customer service operations and help ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Attend to walk-in and call-in customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers in booking/rescheduling appointments and explaining available wellness services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update service logs as needed.
  • Assist in basic administrative duties and customer follow-up.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the customer service supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree
  • Languages: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin language is desirable.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, customer-oriented with a positive attitude , proactive and self-motivated attitude.
