Job Responsibility
â¢â  â Manage all social media accounts by crafting engaging posts, scheduling content, and addressing customer inquiries
â¢â  â Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram, XHS etc.)
â¢â  â Conduct market research to identify current trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
â¢â  â Assist in identifying and building relationships with influencers to collaborate on sponsored content and any other collaborative partner to build branding
â¢â  â Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and optimize strategies
â¢â  â Assist in photo & video content creation, including photo / video editing and coordination tasks
â¢â  â Support the creation of digital ads, landing pages, and multimedia content
â¢â  â Provide support in various roles and tasks as required
â¢â  â Assist on delivering customer service & sales inquiries
â¢â  â To assist on parcels packing for product delivery
â¢â  â Any other ad-hoc tasks when needed

Job Requirements
â¢â  â Language: English, Malay & Mandarin
â¢â  â Working Hours: 10AM - 7PM, Monday - Friday (5 days per week)
â¢â  â Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
â¢â  â â Have a basic knowledge of using phone camera / camera
â¢â  â â Hands on experience on digital marketing
â¢â  â Have strong creativity & ideas following the current trends
â¢â  â â Strong written and verbal communication skills
â¢â  â â Have a strong interest on baby & kids
â¢â  â Patience, passionate, hardworking, positive attitude, cheerful & willingness to learn
â¢â  â â Detailed oriented & management
â¢â  â Knowledge in using photo / video editing tools such as canva, capcut & any other editing platforms.
â¢â  â â Please state your internship period during your application
