Job Responsibility

  • Promoting the Hargapedia app through various digital channels.
  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and XHS to attract users.
  • Keeping up with new digital marketing tools, platforms, trends, and technologies as they appear.
  • Regularly checking Shopee and Lazada deals to create affiliate content that attracts audiences and generates revenue.
  • Managing content distribution across different platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Developing videos to showcase and promote the Hargapedia app.
  • Assisting with ad hoc data entry tasks and other operational tasks to support the team.
  • Reviewing results and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, film editing, or any relevant field is required.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills are pre-requisite.
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an additional advantage.
  • Exceptional writing skill and able to write original copy and edit content for social media.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
  • Always stay updated on the current trends on social media.
  • Laptop will be self-provided and have Adobe Software such as Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop to edit videos and other social media content.
  • Must be able to be in front of the camera if necessary to promote our app. Simple videos such as what are the best deals for this week.
