- Assist the IT team with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users (e.g., resolving printer, network, or system issues).
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
- Support system updates, backups, and data migration tasks.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to system testing or development tasks.
- Monitor system performance and report irregularities to senior staff.
- Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices in daily tasks.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently with supervision.
