Assist In Content Creation
- Draft social media posts, captions, blog articles, or promotional content.
- Help design visual content using tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where needed.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Collect and analyze data to support marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming ideas for campaigns or events.
- Help execute online or on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign or social media performance using basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Compile reports and suggest improvements.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, or product launches.
- Coordinate materials, vendors, or logistics when necessary.
- Help create and send newsletters or promotional emails.
- Maintain email databases and monitor open/click rates.
- Work with design, sales, or operations teams to ensure marketing alignment.
- Attend internal meetings to support execution of ideas and plans.
- Organize digital assets (photos, designs, campaign files, etc.).
- Update customer or leads databases if needed.
- Keep track of the latest marketing tools, trends, and social media best practices.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Bahasa Malaysia, depending on region).
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, digital media, and market research.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinking, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Content creation (social media posts, captions, blog ideas, etc.).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Event or campaign support.
- Data collection and performance tracking.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
