Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and team activities
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, media lists, and document archives
- Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and reminders for ongoing campaigns or events
- Support in preparing presentation decks, reports, and meeting minutes
- Assist in processing invoices, quotations, and marketing-related paperwork
- Public Relations Support
- Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and media statements
- Help manage media and influencer lists, and coordinate outreach efforts
- Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings or media reports
- Assist with event coordination including press conferences, media briefings, and promotional events
- Support content creation for PR-related social media campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed
- Assist in campaign planning and brainstorm sessions
- Support the execution of brand communication plans
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Passion for branding, public relations, and marketing communications
- Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or social media platforms
