Job Responsibility
- Data Entry and CRM Management:
- Input and maintain accurate client information in the companyâs CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and updating customer databases for improved accessibility and reporting.
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys:
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls to gather feedback on their experiences.
- Record and compile survey responses for analysis and reporting to management.
- Event Management Participation:
- Support the planning and execution of company-organized events.
- Assist in on-site coordination and ensure a smooth experience for participants.
- Assist in decorating and preparing the delivery area for car handover sessions to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all presentation elements are aligned with company branding and standards.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or equivalent qualification.
- Fast Learner and able to work with a tight deadline.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Annual leave
