Job Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing materials, suppliers, and subcontractors for construction projects
- Support in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and comparison sheets
- Help with supplier evaluation and maintaining vendor database
- Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely supply of materials
- Support documentation, filing, and administrative tasks related to procurement
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement process
- Diploma/Degree student in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to procurement process in the construction industry
- Practical learning in supplier management and cost control
- Internship allowance provided
- Guidance and mentorship from experienced procurement professionals
