Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiation & payment terms for the best purchase package in terms of quality, delivery & services.
  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications, quantity and price.
  • Follow up delivery in order to meet internal stakeholderâs requirement.
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • Collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends and provide improvement recommendation.
  • On time submission of all Invoices, Delivery Order and Purchase Order to Account department for account closing and payment preparation.
  • Handle with plastic and metal scrap sales. Prepare monthly scrap disposal report.
  • Maintain good relationship with supplier to ensure flawless support.
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring.

Job Requirements

  • Good verbal and written skills in Malay, and English.
  • Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
  • Willing to work in Meru Klang, Selangor.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
