Job Responsibility
- Assist recruiters in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding initiatives such as job postings, career fairs, and social media campaigns.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and market research on hiring trends.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as required.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa.
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and people development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using online platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Prior internship or exposure in HR/recruitment is an added advantage.
- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and HR practices.
