Job Responsibility

  • Assist recruiters in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as job postings, career fairs, and social media campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and market research on hiring trends.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as required.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa.
  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and people development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Prior internship or exposure in HR/recruitment is an added advantage.
