Job Responsibility

  • Berurusan dengan Pasukan Perkhidmatan Pelanggan dalam pengaturan kerja harian.Coordinate with the Customer Service team on daily job arrangements.
  • Membantu Juruteknik dalam pemasangan, pemeriksaan, penyelenggaraan, pembaikan, troubleshoot, dan kerja-kerja penyaman udara.Assist technicians with installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and servicing of air-conditioning units.
  • Membantu mendiagnosis dan menyelesaikan isu-isu teknikal.Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Memastikan setiap unit dipasang dengan betul, pengkabelan tepat, dan pengudaraan optimum.Ensure correct installation, proper wiring, and optimal ventilation for each unit.
  • Menguji penyaman udara selepas dipasang atau dibaiki.Test air-conditioning units to ensure proper functionality after installation or repair.
  • Membersih dan menukar penapis, paip, dan komponen lain mengikut prosedur operasi standard.Clean and replace filters, pipes, and other components according to standard operating procedures.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan dan masalah mereka.Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, SKM, Diploma atau kelayakan yang setara.SPM, SKM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Mempunyai lesen kenderaan.Possess a valid driving license.
  • Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam penyaman udara.At least 1 year of experience in air-conditioning.
  • Kemahiran dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan kebolehan untuk mengatasi isu-isu penyaman udara.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot air-conditioning issues.
  • Kekuatan fizikal dan kemampuan bekerja dalam pelbagai keadaan cuaca.Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan.Good communication skills to interact with customers.
  • Mementingkan perincian dan keselamatan semasa bekerja.Attention to detail and safety during work.
  • Mematuhi protokol dan panduan keselamatan.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
