Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Incident Management: Receive, categorize and prioritize Remedy tickets, resolve incident ticket based on FAQ provided.
- Incident tickets trend analysis: Incident tickets monthly summary and system uptime analysis.
- Monitor and analyze application alerts/errors.
- Communicate with other support teams, Master Data developers and solution owners to resolve tickets.
- Knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Problem management: analyze and root cause finding for repeated incident.
- Involvement in application testing from Master Data Help Desk point of view.
- Operation continuous improvement with strong analytical and good problem solving skill.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Currently studying Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or relevant studies
- Prefer final year student and in last semester of studies
