Job Description

In your new role you will:

• 2nd Level Support: Provide second-level support for HR system integrations and interfaces worldwide.
• Incident Management: Use the Remedy tool to handle, prioritize, and track incidents.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain interfaces to ensure they run smoothly and on time.
• Documentation: Keep all system and support documentation up-to-date, including errors and solutions.
• End-to-End Support: Offer complete support including testing, changes, and deployments for current interfaces.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members in APAC and other regions to ensure consistent support and sharing of knowledge.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor of Information Technology student or relevant studies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, MSSQL/Oracle.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Skills in PowerShell, PL/SQL, and C# programming.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrates curiosity, customer orientation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in English
