- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with IoT devices, offering timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- IoT Devices Installation and Configuration: Efficiently install and configure IoT devices at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Proactively monitor IoT devices for performance and security, conducting regular maintenance checks and updates.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with the development and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from the field, contributing to product improvement.
- Inventory Management: Manage and monitor inventory levels of IoT devices and accessories, preparing for installation and maintenance visits.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience during installation and troubleshooting processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Identify and resolve technical problems during installations or maintenance, paying close attention to device configuration and labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with on-site team members, sharing information and providing assistance as needed.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
