Internship- Portfolio Management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in data management tasks including data extraction, data cleaning and data validation
• Assist in the preparation of reports to various stakeholders, internally and externally
• Assist in analytical work, including performance monitoring and any adhoc research/ study/ analysis
• Assist in process improvement initiatives in relating to reporting and analytics, including development of new templates, optimization of existing templates, etc
• Assist in the administration and coordination of any departmental projects and initiatives
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Studying towards a degree in Actuarial, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong competency in Excel will be advantagoeus (eg usage of formulas/functions, pivoting skills, production visual aids, VBA skills)
• Communication and soft skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Able to communicate ideas clearly ie ability to highlight key points in simple language
  • Team player
• Other requirements
  • Confident in sharing own ideas and courageous in asking relevant questions
  • Sound analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work & collaborate well with others towards a common goal
