Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Has knowledge in programming and software engineering
- Possesses good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Has experience in creating and executing various types of tests (unit, functional, destructive, and performance)
- Is a team player who can work collaboratively with others
- Has a good personality, positive mindset, and is independent
- Is eager to learn and grow
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Testing and troubleshooting SharePoint applications
- Collaborating with developers to resolve issues
- Creating documentation and training materials to support users
- Troubleshooting SharePoint solutions, including:
- Application testing
- Root cause analysis
- Providing workarounds for operational issues
