What You’ll Do:

• Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language.
• Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers.
• Handle calls across various sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement, and more.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual proficiency (English at B2 CEFR level or higher + Cantonese).
• Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions.
• Must be able to work from home permanently.
