Intership Student for Admin & Account

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented internship student to assist in administrative and accounting tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in office administration, basic accounting functions, and day-to-day operations, preparing you for a professional career in business administration or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Support in data entry, filing, and document management.
• Help reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
• Assist in preparing basic financial and administrative reports.
• Answer phone calls, handle emails, and manage correspondence.
• Support procurement, inventory control, and office supplies management.
• Coordinate with other departments for administrative and accounting matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
