Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented internship student to assist in administrative and accounting tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in office administration, basic accounting functions, and day-to-day operations, preparing you for a professional career in business administration or finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Support in data entry, filing, and document management.
- Help reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Assist in preparing basic financial and administrative reports.
- Answer phone calls, handle emails, and manage correspondence.
- Support procurement, inventory control, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative and accounting matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
