We are looking for a highly motivated IT & Digital Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of IT governance, risk management, and internal control processes across Hilti’s global operations. You will contribute to audits that support strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and report on IT & Digital audits across infrastructure, applications, business-critical systems, and software development on a global scale.
- Assess the design and effectiveness of IT controls related to cybersecurity, data protection, change management, and system development.
- Evaluate compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, NIS2, CRA).
- Identify IT risks & control gaps and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support remediation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan and risk assessment.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, risks, and audit methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT audit, governance, risk, or control, ideally within a mid-sized software or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience in software development, software engineering, and DevOps practices.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC, or CISSP are a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
