IT Business Consultant (Product)

Key Responsibilities

• In charge for deliverables for Products processes based on the following D365 areas:
• Released Products
• Product Configurations
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Product Approval (PAW for new and changed items)
• Slow Sellers
• Phase-out Process
• Product Development (Development and Test Orders)

• Act as the main responsible person and project manager for these areas.
  • Handle product-related ERP projects throughout the whole lifecycle
    (from the first project brainstorming through implementation until training):
  • Identify business needs and develop solution concepts
  • Solution design and process modeling
  • System configuration and documentation
  • Provide detailed requirements for the development team
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and end-user training

• Collaborate closely with cross stream areas like engineering, SCM, Finance, and Sales to ensure consistent
  and accurate product data across all modules.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Solid experience (min 3 years) as MS D365 ERP IT Consultant
• Solid experience (min 3 years) in managing international projects
• Solid experience with Management Reporter and Dynamics SSRS Reports
• Dynamics Data Model and Entity Knowledge
• Basic knowledge working with Power BI and embedded BI
• Requirements engineer for report development
• Agile Mindset
• Work independently and as self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering
• Strong Team Player
• Ability to delegate work to sub-teams
• Planning and coordinating projects
• Diligence in Concept Design and Process Modeling
• A high level of personal motivation and a strong ability to communicate at all levels
• Management skills (in terms of planning and coordinating projects)
• Solves complex problems with creative solutions

• Strong English skills
