What Your Challenges Are
- You are responsible for providing on-going 2nd level support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests, for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and SAP CRM as well as customized solutions for the Market to Offer process, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Among your most important tasks assists in management and execution of the run activities of Evonik’s Market to Offer solutions.
- You understand the problems/challenges and identifies areas with high support demand caused for example by process inefficiencies or insufficient training or testing and proposes ideas for improvement.
- You bring your expertise/strengths and identifies issues by root-cause analysis and coordinates with Marketing and Customer Relations Build team and other organizational units within IT to eliminate the problems.
- As part of an international/agile team, your participations in the review of existing knowledge articles for the relevant process. Follows-up with authors / reviewers as needed in cases where target dates are missed. Proposes additional ideas for knowledge articles and assigns authors, reviewers, and target dates.
- Identifies areas where there is a need for knowledge transfer workshops, to enable the 1st and/or 2nd level support teams to support an existing or new processes and solutions. Help organize and schedule the workshops.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Customer Relations Build team and other organizational units within IT to ensure a smooth transition of new Market to Offer to Pay functionalities.
- Take care of knowledge management and transfer of knowledge to colleagues.
- Provides ad hoc training to end-users on Evonik best practice solutions.
- Solid understanding of business processes of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and SAP Customer Relationship Management.
- Knowledge on MS Dynamics 365 CRM troubleshooting and support.
- Minimum of five years’ experience supporting CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus, Oracle, NetSuite or any other 3rd party CRM software).
- Experience with the SAP Sales & Distribution module a desirable.
- Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning, JavaScript, C#, SQL, DAX Query, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Studio, SQL Management Studio, Power Platform is a plus.
- Certified MS Dynamics is a plus.
- University degree, preferably in the field IT, Business, Engineering or a comparable education.
- Strong analytical and learning skills, ability to understand complex situations.
- A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse international team with colleagues in Germany, the United States, Costa Rica and Malaysia.
- Service oriented and ability to travel for know how transfer.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Proficiency in German a plus.
