Job Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to diagnose and resolve IT issue reported including hardware, software and network-related issue.
- System administration - install, configure and maintain various IT systems and applications.
- Performing routine system maintenance, updates and backups to ensure the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure.
- Collaborating and working with a team to liaise with HQ (Japan) Information System team and to follow guidance in identify and resolve technology-related business challenges.
- Able to assist in the implementation and contribute to the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001.
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT support, data reporting, or related roles.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.
