  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide support to end-users for IT-related inquiries and technical problems.
  • Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and software.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, and applications.
  • Perform routine backups, data recovery, and maintain system security protocols.
  • Assist with the development and documentation of IT processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide technical support and improve IT-related processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
