IT Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide oversight for IT helpdesk activities.
• Oversee the onboarding/offboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
• Monitor and manage IT vendor relationships, including contract renewals and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
• Deliver security awareness training sessions and manage related training tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance, risks, and cost efficiency.Support the IT team with technical guidance and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytics and security observability.
  
  

Who You Are

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.

Previous experience as an IT engineer in organizations with a strong engineering culture.

Proven track record of managing IT operations, vendors, and compliance programs in cloud-based environments.

Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Google Workspace, AWS, GCP, or JumpCloud.

Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 standards, with prior audit preparation and execution experience.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams, including mentoring and skill development.
