Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and assistance to partner in the APAC region via phone, web based tools and email.
  • Assist with design and implementation process during partner’s evaluation to meet the specific application needs of their customer as well as deployment stage for T&C.
  • Assist the sales and integration team on the compliance and compatibility of various systems with company products.
  • To co-ordinate with Headquarters on the technical matters in terms of providing needful assistance to partner.
  • Must use the internal work process systems to manage the daily tasks.
  • Test and evaluate any new versions of company products and new products from Technology Partner.
  • Provide technical training and assistance to Axxon partners to make them familiarize with AxxonSoft Software.
  • Manage time and set priorities for tasks.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Knowledge in Network, IT Infrastructure
  • Knowledge in Computer Hardware and Storage
  • Experienced in CCTV / Security System / Surveillance industry will be added advantage
