Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that Project Delivery tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone of the country IT strategy.
- Responsible for the reporting and planning of IT Integration / Strategy and Planning projects.
- Build strong working relationships with the Country Management teams.
- Support the Program Leads in leading the project management processes for potential new business.
- Contribution to improving the country business unit P&L through effective usage of IT services and solutions.
- Responsible for all elements of the IT project implementation life cycle regarding country / cluster based projects.
- IT budget management – control project costs, deliver within budget.
- Prepare and maintain the project plan and time scales – control project time-scales, deliver on time.
- Preparation of timely and accurate PMO reports.
- Resource management and development – direction, motivation, training and decision support to project staff. Recognise and manage differing skill sets, performance and conflicts.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and/or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Software Project Management and IT Project Delivery
- Experience and exposure in 3PL or Logistics Operations is an added advantage
- PMP Certification is an added advantage
- Office location in Bayan Lepas or Shah Alam (no Hybrid Arrangements)
