Job Description
CS Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.
As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT professionals with leading companies across Malaysia.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and connect them with qualified candidates in key IT positions such as software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview IT candidates for various roles, including software developers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and job requirements.
- Use various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
- Team player who is goal-oriented and driven by results.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, ATS systems).
- Individuals who want to take on new challenges and advance their careers in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with or an interest in working for a Japanese company is a plus
