All about the role:

The primary responsibility is to create, maintain, and control specific master data object, and secondary responsibilities include managing another core object as well as connected objects. Also to handle mass changes via various SAP T-Codes and LSMW. Complete E2E understanding of master data in business is a must. This role ensures the implementation of Master Data processes, controls, policies, and procedures that comply with Electrolux standards to maintain data integrity.

A Typical Day

• Execute the creation and update of Master Records in the SAP Master Data Repository (MDR)/ ERP Central Component (ECC) systems as approved by the business.
• Maintain business-ready data in the SAP MDR/ECC systems, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Prepare master data load files and/or input changes manually into the SAP MDR/ECC systems.
• Support the synchronization of Master Data across multiple systems.
• Perform mass updates as required. LSMW knowledge is a must.
• Collaborate with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems.
• Support the business by providing required procedures, submitting incidents, and initiating change requests when necessary.
• Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related systems.
• Partner with the business to provide consultancy services, translating business needs into master data requirements.
  
  

Who You Are?

• A bachelor’s degree in IT or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A strong understanding of Master Data structures and attributes, and the impact of incorrect data on business processes.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP ECC, specifically with master data maintenance.
• Prior experience in Master Data Management within SAP.
• Knowledge of Winshuttle, Master Data Governance, and SharePoint is advantageous.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, purchasing, sales, logistics, supply chain, or demand flow.
• Familiarity with Next Gen SAP (SAP S4) is not needed but highly valued and beneficial for prospects.
