IT Support Executive / IT Infrastructure Executive (Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Infrastructure Management:Maintain ICT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.

2) Network Administration:Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.Troubleshoot network issues and implement necessary solutions.

3) System Administration:Manage and support operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications.Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.

4) Asset management: record and manage hardware such as computers, networks, and handheld devices.

Key requirements:

1）College diploma or above.

2）Familiar with or English or Chinese.

3）Familiar with computers, networks and other software and hardware products, with basic knowledge and interests.

4）Good communication skills and ideas for solving problems. Adapt to the working atmosphere of multinational companies.
