IT SUPPORT (KOTA KINABALU)

Responsibilities:

* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

* Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

* Setting up accounts for new users

* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

* Preparation of new project requirement study, analysis, recommendation and documentation

* Possibly training more junior staff members

* Working experience in ICT system integration AND end-user ICT support environment

* To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time and whenever necessary.

Qualifications and Qualities:

* Computer Science

* Computing

* Engineering

* Working knowledge of LAN and WAN topology and other common automation devices

* Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

* A technical, logical thought process

* Problem-solving skills

* An ability to stick to strict deadlines

* An ability to prioritise and delegate

* A keen eye for detail
