IT Support Specialist for Recruiting Services

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Provide technical support for recruitment tools and software systems, including Eightfold and Abacus Umantis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and user access challenges for recruitment platforms.
• Assist with user account setup and system configurations within Eightfold and Abacus Umantis.
• Collaborate with HR teams, interface with colleagues, and external providers to ensure efficient and timely IT solutions for recruiting services.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
• Foundational knowledge of recruitment tools, especially Eightfold and Abacus Umantis (or willingness to learn).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues, resolving user access challenges, and managing system configurations.
• Logical problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills for task prioritization.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems or HR tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and proactive professional with a keen interest in IT support and recruitment systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with HR teams, interface with colleagues, and external providers.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team player capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
