【Job Responsibility】

The skilled and motivated Java Developer Engineer is required. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

• Application design and development: Be a core member of the Lenovo software product development team. Design and implementation of highly scalable technology architecture for “Lenovo Power Lenovo” and “Go To Market”.
• Business support: Deep understand business and customer requirements and design technical solution. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Project collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
• Technological exploration and innovation: Keep study and discover new technology. Participate requirements and products discussion to help decide evolution path in long term.
  
  

【Job Requirement】

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, Software Engineering and other related majors.
• Professional skills: Solid computer foundation, passion for technology, willingness to constantly try new technologies and business challenges. Proficient in Java, including JVM, Multithreading, High Concurrency, Network, etc. Familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring. Know Distribution, Cache, Message well. Familiar with cutting-edge technologies such as AI is preferred.
• Project experience: Be able to independently undertake the design and implementation of complex technical modules and possess good code norms and software engineering literacy.
• Problem-solving ability: Have sharp technical insight and problem-solving ability. Be skillful at debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Be able to provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed
• Team collaboration and communication: Have excellent team collaboration spirit and communication ability, clearly and accurately expound technical schemes and ideas, be good at listening to the opinions and suggestions of others, jointly overcome technical difficulties, possess good document writing ability, and be able to write clear and standardized technical documents to facilitate knowledge sharing and technology inheritance among team members.
