Work Location: Linergy Power Sdn Bhd, Persiaran Aeronautik, Presint 5A, Bandar Industri Bernilai Tinggi Serendah, 48200 Serendah, Selangor

Work Schedule

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (includes 3 hours OT)

• Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes 3 hours OT)

• Work Pattern: 4 days work, 2 days off

• Air-conditioned, clean-room working environment

• Work may involve extended hours of standing or sitting depending on the station

• Mostly automated processes; less physically demanding

• Must be able to read and understand written English and operate machinery

The Production Operator is responsible for performing lithium-ion battery manufacturing activities according to work instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements. Duties include operating machinery, assembling components, conducting inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lithium-ion battery production machinery

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on materials and finished products

• Handle materials such as electrode sheets, battery cells, separators, and electrolytes carefully

• Record production data accurately, including batch numbers and parameters

• Follow all SOPs, GMP practices, and safety guidelines strictly

• Report equipment malfunction, deviations, or quality issues immediately

• Participate in machine cleaning, maintenance, and equipment setup

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Salary Structure (Based on Qualification Level)

• F1: RM1,700 – PMR

• F2: RM1,800 – SPM or SKM Level 3

• F3: RM1,900 – Above SPM (STPM, SVM, Diploma, Degree)

Allowances & Benefits

• Transport Allowance: RM200 (Fixed)

• Night Shift Allowance: RM260 (RM10 per night worked)

• Full Attendance Allowance: RM150 or RM300 (cycle-based; follows company policy)

• Meal Allowance: RM10 (canteen credit)

• EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB contributions

• Public Holidays: 14 days

• No transport or hostel provided currently

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen

• Age 18 to 40 years old

• Able to read and understand written English (machine operation required)

• Energetic, alert, and capable of working in a clean-room environment

• Language: English AND/OR Mandarin
