Job Responsibility

- Assist in handling daily accounting entries including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and operating expenses.
- Ensure timely processing of staff claims, supplier invoices, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare and organize payment documentation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support monthly closing activities by providing necessary reports, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and assist in managing credit control activities.
- Perform basic bank reconciliations, assist in audit preparation, and support tax filing processes.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients for document collection or clarification.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all finance-related records.

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field.
- 1â2 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian tax/SST regulations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team under supervision.
