• You will develop and write testing scripts in programming languages such as Java or Python
• You will create and advocate for automation testing frameworks
• You will understand the testing processes and necessary documentation
• You will have the opportunity to mentor and learn from others, driving the shift from manual to automated testing
  
  

Who You Are

• You are a fresh graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in automation testing
• You can code in Java or Python; additional skills in manual testing are advantageous
• You are a quick learner passionate about personal development and improving technical knowledge
• You are proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  
  
  

Preferred

• You have knowledge or basic experience in crafting automation testing frameworks and advocating for automation testing (an added advantage)
• You have a good understanding of codeless tools like TOSCA and Worksoft, which are very beneficial for shifting from manual to automated testing (nice to have)
• You have a background in testing, including an understanding of testing processes and the vital documentation
