We're Hiring: Junior Compliance!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulations and internal policies, contributing to the overall integrity of our operations.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from anywhere
Role: Junior Compliance
What You'll Do
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance standards are met
Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in a compliance role or similar environment
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
