We're Hiring: Junior Customer Support!

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Customer Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. Role: Junior Customer Support

What You'll Do

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issues

Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system

Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience

Troubleshoot product-related problems effectively and efficiently

Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues

Provide insights on customer trends to improve service delivery

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in customer support or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
