Junior Executive, Commercial, Sale & Marketing

1. Commercial Support
- Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth
- Support the analysis of market trend, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform commercial decisions
- Help in managing and optimizing commercial contracts and agreements

2. Sales Activities
- Contribute to the sales process by generating leads, following up with prospects and qualifying opportunities
- Prepare sales materials and presentations to support the sales team
- Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities and results
- Assist in maintaing and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems

3. Marketing Initiatives
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing and events
- Help create and distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers and social media content
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, preferences and trends
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies

4. Customer and Market Engagement
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Assist in managing customer relationships and building long-term partnership

5. Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Organize and maintain records related to commercial, sales and marketing activities
- Prepare reports and presentation for internal meetings or client presentations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of commercial, sales and marketing efforts.
