About the Role

The Executive - Graphic Design will be responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts, visual designs, and production processes for campaigns and festive projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, innovative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Creative Development

• Develop, plan, and execute creative concepts and visuals to meet campaign objectives.
• Prepare graphic designs for festive themes, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Production & Execution

• Oversee printing production and ensure timely installation of visuals.
• Assist in mall setups and logistics for events and campaigns.

Inventory Management

• Manage and upkeep stock inventory for creative materials and resources.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to Sunway’s safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Understand and comply with the Occupational Safety & Health policy outlined in the Sunway Staff Handbook.

Personal Data Protection (PDP)

• Ensure compliance with all Sunway policies regarding personal data protection.
• Safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, damage, or alteration and report any security breaches or violations.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong creativity and an eye for detail in designing impactful visuals.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Portfolio: Submission of a design portfolio is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Traits

• Strong passion for design and innovation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
