What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing for Impact: Create stunning visual content for diverse platforms, including social media, our website, app, digital ads, presentations, and even offline materials.
• Bringing Motion to Life: Produce engaging static and animated motion graphics for short-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels to drive campaigns and product narratives.
• Collaborating & Conceptualizing: Partner with our social media and marketing pros to brainstorm and execute content that aligns with strategic campaign goals, showcases product features, and reinforces our brand voice.
• Driving Brand Presence: Develop eye-catching visual assets for product launches, partner promotions, merchant offers, financial literacy initiatives, and more.
• Teamwork & Innovation: Work closely with internal teams (product, customer service, partnerships) to transform ideas into brilliant design solutions.
• Mastering Multiple Projects: Juggle various design projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design (with skillsets in skillset in motion graphics/animation), visual communications, or a related creative field.
• You're highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent industry-standard tools.
• Bonus points if you have basic photography, videography, or editing skills.
• You possess a solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
• You have hands-on experience designing for various digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• You can skillfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• You're a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a vibrant team.
