職位描述：
- 監督地形測量資料的收集和記錄，以繪製位置圖、測量點並透過計算驗證資料的準確性。
- 按照調查計劃，有效率且經濟地製作全面的調查報告和圖紙。
- 確保定期校準測量設備以保持數據的準確性和可靠性；評估設備狀況作為公司資產管理計劃的一部分。
- 識別並註銷無法修復的測量設備；必要時準備更換設備的採購訂單。
- 協助監督和規劃現場調查團隊活動，包括設置、進度追蹤、品質保證以及報告和圖紙的控制。
- 定期向管理層提供進度更新。
- 根據需要訪問土地辦公室、政府部門、機構和客戶辦公室。
- 指導和激勵員工，尋找技能發展的培訓機會，並監控工作進度，以提高團隊能力、主動性和工作滿意度。
- 至少有 2 年建築經驗，尤其是建築物或倉庫經驗。
- 熟練使用 AutoCAD (ACAD) 製作測量圖。
- 優先考慮具有建築物、資料中心、工廠和商業建築等不同建築專案經驗者。
- 願意駐紮在柔佛州新山。
