- Manage campaigns and daily projects from start to finish
- Brief creative team and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Prepare presentations and track project deliverables
- Support new business efforts
- Handle client feedback and solve problems quickly
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
What Weâre Looking For
Youâre organized, proactive, and have a cool head when things get hectic. Youâll thrive here if youâre:
- Malaysian citizen (Malaysians only)
- Up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or related roles (advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Chinese (spoken/written) is a major plus
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-through
- Able to work independently, manage timelines, and multitask
- Ready to start immediately and proactive in work approach
