Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree or its equivalent in the related field.
- Preferably with working experience in the construction company will be added advantage.
- Ambitious, hard-working and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate, familiar in Microsoft Office and Access UBS will be added advantage.
Job Responsibility
- Assist on daily operational purchasing needs.
- Liaise with suppliers on price negotiation and payment terms.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all builing material are supplied and delivered in accordance with the quantity and specification.
- Review quality of purchased building material.
- Solving of any issue arrising for building material delivery.
- Sourcing of building material price to Contract Department for tender submission.
- Accomplish any administration works relating to purchasing needs.
- Adhere to the company ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & OHSAS 45001:2018.
