Responsibilities
- Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, raising purchase requests, and issuing purchase orders.
- Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
- Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, including order details, supplier information, and delivery schedules.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Cina.
