Job Overview
The Junior Risk & Payments Liaison plays a key role in supporting a seamless customer experience by ensuring service transparency, minimizing financial and operational risks, and safeguarding account information. This position focuses on maintaining high service standards, building trust, and strengthening loyalty among existing clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients via various communication channels.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all account information is current and accurate.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently by identifying the cause, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Process customer account adjustments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct client document verification in accordance with internal procedures.
- Guide customers through payment and withdrawal procedures.
- Ensure all customer queries are handled professionally and resolved to their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role in Customer Support or Client Service role.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
