Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT systems, networks, and applications.
• Assist in system administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants on IT infrastructure and project delivery.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and security solutions.
• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions in accordance with IT service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, databases, or programming.
