Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Tester/QA to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Master Test Plan document for the Sprint testing and Release testing.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
• Ensure that the final product meets the customer's requirements and high-quality standards.
• Participate in scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of working experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
