Junior Technician

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the test engineer in achieving test yield target.
• Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
• Responsible for maintaining and qualify tester for production use.
• Responsible for performing periodic verification and calibration on testers.
• Responsible for providing technical support on tester per test engineer instruction to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. Measurement: Repair time, conversion time and machine down time.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical.
• At least 1 year experience in related industry and in mass production environment. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
• With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data.
• Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics.
• Familiarity with test instruments (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.
